MBA Program Details

About the Program:

Master of Business Administration program is an innovative, practical-centric & industry oriented program providing a holistic approach to problem solving and decision making in areas of Finance, Marketing, Human Resource, Supply Chain Management, Agri Business and IT. MBA is two years (4 semesters) program, in which focus is on developing sound conceptual understanding of management core courses as well as tools for managerial decision making during the first year (two semesters), application for data analysis and decision making in different functional areas of management through electives/specialization courses in third & fourth semester and internship /placements in industry and/or at incubation centers. The application skills will be developed through Live Projects / Simulation of real life situations / Field Exposure Projects / Group Projects/ Role plays, frequent industry interaction etc. The program aims to transform the aspiring managers into highly adept professionals, capable of working in diverse sectors, continuously striving for excellence in performance, while propagating thought leadership and contributing to the welfare of the society at large.

Programme Eligibility

Here are the given MBA marketing eligibility criteria that need to be fulfilled by the candidate appropriately to achieve admission in the MBA Marketing program:

  • The applicants must have a graduate degree with 50% marks or more.
  • Shortlisted applicants by the university will be required to sit for one of the following entrance tests: Management Aptitude Test, Common Admission Test, Common Management Admission Test, or Jagannath University Entrance Examination. It will be followed by a Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Fee Structure and Scholarship

The MBA Marketing course fee structure is moderate, with multiple scholarships for meritorious students.

MBA Marketing Scholarships Available are:

  • Merit-Based Scholarships: For meritorious students.
  • Scholarship for SC/ST/OBC/PWD Students: Students have to submit their scholarship forms in February every year.
  • Government Scholarship: Government of India, National Scholarship Portal (NSP).
  • Female Scholarships: To motivate more girls to pursue an MBA Marketing course and attain gender equality.

Faculty Details:

Internship Information:

45-60 days MBA internship program aims to provide students with the opportunity to experience the complexities of business at a strategic level. Interns will work on high-impact projects, collaborate with senior management, and gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of a thriving business environment. The goal is to help students enhance their leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills, all while contributing to the organization’s success.

The Curriculum

Admission Process - How to Apply

The MBA admission process has the following steps -

  1. Fill in the application form and submit the application fee of Rs. 650.
  2. Submit the score you obtained in the MAT/CAT/ CMAT/JUEE/CUET(PG) examination
  3. Appear for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview if called for at a designated venue by the university.
  4. Visit the campus, if asked for.
  5. Receive your letter of admission.
  6. Pay the admission fee and receive your letter of enrollment.
  7. Join your semester.
