Dr. Om Prakash Sharma is a distinguished academician and researcher with 26 years of experience in administration, academics, and research. He holds a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication (1996) and an M.E. in Digital Communication (2001) from Jai Narayan Vyas University, Jodhpur, India, and completed his Ph.D. in Channel Modeling and Detection of Signal on Fading Channels from Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, in 2010. Currently, he serves as the Pro-President and Dean of the Faculty of Engineering & Technology, managing academic, research, and administrative responsibilities. Dr. Sharma has led numerous AICTE-funded projects and successfully guided 25+ Master’s and Ph.D. theses. With more than 82 research papers in prestigious journals and conferences, his expertise includes wireless communication, antenna design, fading channels, and big data. He is a recipient of several awards, including the National Eminent Academic Leader Award (2020) and the Excellence in Education Award (2023). Dr. Sharma is a life member of several professional organizations, including IEEE, IETE, and ISTE, and is recognized for his contributions to the field of education and research.

Professor (Dr.) Anil Mehta is a distinguished academician with over 44 years of teaching experience in the fields of Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Development, and Marketing Management. He is currently a Professor of Management at the Department of Legal Studies, Banasthali University. Previously, he has served as a Professor at Manipal University, Jaipur, and held leadership roles such as Professor & Head of the Department of Business Administration at the University of Rajasthan, Director of the University Five Year Law College, and Director of the Centre for Entrepreneurship Development, University of Rajasthan. Dr. Mehta has supervised 37 Ph.D. scholars and has authored eleven books on various subjects, including Marketing Management, HRD, and Personality Development. He has published over 40 research papers and participated in over 80 national and international conferences. He has been honored with numerous awards, including the Kamal Patra Award and the Life Insurance Federation of India Award. Dr. Mehta is also a prolific trainer, conducting programs for corporate, government, and academic institutions in areas such as Soft Skills, Management, and HRD. He has served on multiple academic committees and is actively involved in professional organizations like the Indian Society for Training and Development and the National Institute of Personnel Management. He has also received the Inspira Academic Leadership Excellence Award in 2023. Prof. Mehta has also traveled widely, including a visit to the United States for academic pursuits, further cementing his status as a respected figure in the academic community.
