(Prof.) Dr. Vaishali Sharma is a perfect blend of academic acumen and practical domain experience. She, as a Professor of Management, has taught and guided scholars of graduate, post graduate and doctoral programs for more than a decade. She has held important leadership positions of responsibility across all academic processes. She has held the position of Dean & Head of Department, Director- Internal Quality Assurance Cell, Convener Women Development Cell, and many others. She holds expertise in the domain of organizational behavior and human resource management and has various research papers to her credit published in reputed international and national journals. Her area of interests majorly involves the learning process, guidance and counselling and working for and with students, related to development of life skills and human skills.

Prof. (Dr.) Om Prakash Sharma

Dr. Om Prakash Sharma is a distinguished academician and researcher with 26 years of experience in administration, academics, and research. He holds a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication (1996) and an M.E. in Digital Communication (2001) from Jai Narayan Vyas University, Jodhpur, India, and completed his Ph.D. in Channel Modeling and Detection of Signal on Fading Channels from Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, in 2010. Currently, he serves as the Pro-President and Dean of the Faculty of Engineering & Technology, managing academic, research, and administrative responsibilities. Dr. Sharma has led numerous AICTE-funded projects and successfully guided 25+ Master’s and Ph.D. theses. With more than 82 research papers in prestigious journals and conferences, his expertise includes wireless communication, antenna design, fading channels, and big data. He is a recipient of several awards, including the National Eminent Academic Leader Award (2020) and the Excellence in Education Award (2023). Dr. Sharma is a life member of several professional organizations, including IEEE, IETE, and ISTE, and is recognized for his contributions to the field of education and research.

Prof. (Dr.) Arvind Kumar Dwivedi is a distinguished academic leader with over 36 years of experience in higher education and administration. Currently, he serves as the Pro Vice Chancellor and Controller of Examination at Jagannath University, Jaipur. He has previously held key roles at Rajasthan Technical University Kota, including Dean of Faculty Affairs, Dean of Student Welfare, and Controller of Examinations. He holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from IIT Roorkee. He has received several accolades, such as the Best Research Paper Award from IABSE and a Lifetime Achievement Award in Academia and Research. With significant contributions to the field, Dr. Dwivedi has organized numerous educational programs and published multiple research papers in national and international journals, specializing in areas like concrete bridge design and structural engineering.

Mr. Tanmay Pattnayak

Mr. Tanmay Pattnayak is the Registrar at Jagannath University, Jaipur, with over 20 years of diverse experience in administration. He holds a B.Sc. and an MBA. Mr. Pattnayak began his career in 1997 as a faculty member at ITSA (a unit of SRG Infotech India Ltd.), and in 1999, he joined JIMS as a faculty member. Over time, he progressively took on more administrative responsibilities. He has been associated with the Jagannath Gupta Memorial Education Society for 17 years and has continued his journey with Jagannath University since its establishment in 2008. Known for his close connection with students, he has initiated various academic programs aimed at their growth and holistic development. While at JIMS, he founded the JIMS Rotaract Club, which was recognized as one of the most active Rotaract clubs in the Delhi & NCR region within just one year. Since the university's inception, he has overseen multiple academic programs and administrative functions, while also launching several social initiatives to encourage student participation and community involvement.

Professor (Dr.) Anil Mehta is a distinguished academician with over 44 years of teaching experience in the fields of Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Development, and Marketing Management. He is currently a Professor of Management at the Department of Legal Studies, Banasthali University. Previously, he has served as a Professor at Manipal University, Jaipur, and held leadership roles such as Professor & Head of the Department of Business Administration at the University of Rajasthan, Director of the University Five Year Law College, and Director of the Centre for Entrepreneurship Development, University of Rajasthan. Dr. Mehta has supervised 37 Ph.D. scholars and has authored eleven books on various subjects, including Marketing Management, HRD, and Personality Development. He has published over 40 research papers and participated in over 80 national and international conferences. He has been honored with numerous awards, including the Kamal Patra Award and the Life Insurance Federation of India Award. Dr. Mehta is also a prolific trainer, conducting programs for corporate, government, and academic institutions in areas such as Soft Skills, Management, and HRD. He has served on multiple academic committees and is actively involved in professional organizations like the Indian Society for Training and Development and the National Institute of Personnel Management. He has also received the Inspira Academic Leadership Excellence Award in 2023. Prof. Mehta has also traveled widely, including a visit to the United States for academic pursuits, further cementing his status as a respected figure in the academic community.
