Start Up Club (Fusion)
The Startup Club of Jagannath University functions under the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) and is focused on cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit among students and faculty. It provides a dynamic platform to brainstorm ideas, build interdisciplinary teams, and participate in startup competitions, workshops, and community engagement activities.
Objectives
- To develop entrepreneurial skills and startup mindset.
- To encourage innovation-driven student ventures.
- To support pre-incubation and MVP development.
- To connect students with mentors, investors, and startup networks.
Key Activities
- Entrepreneurship awareness drives, talks, and competitions.
- Idea validation, team building, and pitching events.
- Coordination with IPR Cell and Incubation Cell for startup support.
- Promotion of government schemes and startup policies.
