7.1.4 Construction of Tanks and Bunds |

· Description : There is a natural water stream bund near the boundary of the university. Its water helps for well recharge and groundwater level recharge .Two underground water tanks are available to store water, from where water is lifted up to fill tanks at building roof tops for distribution. |

7.1.4 Waste Water Recycling |

· Description: The University has Sewage Treatment Plant of 100 kilo-ltr per day where all the waste water from all blocks is treated and used for gardening and in agriculture farm of the university. |

7.1.4 Maintenance of water bodies and distribution system in the campus |
|
|
· Description: The ground water is pumped into storage tanks located at different places in the campus. There are nine major over head storage tanks and many block wise plastic tanks for water distribution in the campus.The water is distributed through well laid pipe network. |
