AI in Action: Transforming Research Ideation into Impactful Titles
Objectives of the Activity:
The objective of the expert talk was to:
- Enhance research awareness among students and faculty regarding the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in research ideation.
- Provide practical insights on transforming basic research concepts into scientifically sound and impactful titles.
- Encourage young researchers to integrate AI tools in research planning, data interpretation, and manuscript preparation.
- Strengthen research culture and innovation within the physiotherapy domain.

Event Overview:
The Department of Physiotherapy, in collaboration with the Research Development Cell and the Center for Guidance and Career Counseling, organized an International Scientific Session titled “AI in Action: Transforming Research Ideation into Impactful Titles” on 11th October 2025.
The session was graced by Dr. Waqar M. Naqvi, a globally renowned physiotherapist, researcher, and academician. Dr. Naqvi holds a PhD in Physiotherapy and is currently pursuing a second PhD in Health Professions Education. He is an International FAIMER Fellow (Philadelphia, USA) and a Fellow of the Indian Association of Physiotherapists (FIAP).
With an outstanding academic record, Dr. Naqvi has authored over 200 peer-reviewed publications in high-impact Q1 and Q2 journals, possessing an H-index of 21 and over 1,600 citations. He is also the Founder and CEO of AD Vivum Education & Research, an organization dedicated to advancing healthcare education through innovation and digital transformation.
Dr. Naqvi has delivered more than 100 international keynotes and workshops across the USA, Canada, UAE, Qatar, Hong Kong, Cameroon, and Saudi Arabia, focusing on topics like AI in health sciences, research writing, and digital pedagogy. He is the author of four textbooks, holder of four international patents in AI and rehabilitation technologies, and serves on the editorial boards of multiple international journals.
