Program Structure
The M.Plan in Urban Planning is a two-year (four-semester) postgraduate program with a semester-wise curriculum designed for a progressive learning experience.
Academic Requirements:
- B.Arch / B.Planning / B.E. (Civil Engineering) with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST).
- M.A. / M.Sc. in Geography, Economics, Sociology, or Statistics with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST), after completing a B.A./B.Sc. under the 10+2+3 system from a recognised university.
Admission Criteria:
- Appear for and qualify in CUET (PG) or JUEE (Jagannath University Entrance Exam).
- Shortlisted candidates must attend a Personal Interview.
Fees & Scholarships
- Tuition Fee: ₹60,500 per semester
- Total Fee (including other charges): ₹75,500 per semester
