Copyright Violation Claims
Any such claims should be addressed to the author and mark a Carbon Copy to the editor at [email protected] bearing the subject line "Copyright Violation" with documented evidence supporting it. Any claims on copyright will be addressed with the highest priority. A revert mail will be dispatched shortly provided the claim is supported with documented evidence.
On receipt of the claim, the JURJ Board, if found deemed, shall inform the JURJ author to provide an explanation; the discussion of which shall be transparent to both parties.
JURJ Board reserves the sole rights to decide the validity of any such claims. The claim if found considerable by the board, it will be discussed with its author for his explanations. After enormous discussion, if the claim is found justified, the concerned manuscript will be removed from all archives and servers of JURJ. Any further online/print copies of the concerned issue will not contain the article.
