Introduction

Computer Science Engineering is one of the best and most popular branch of engineering as this field have a great future ahead and as a good demand in today's world. B. Tech. CSE aims to give a strong foundation in computer science and problem-solving techniques. CSE offers a broad knowledge, based on the application and theoretical foundations of computer science. The curriculum is designed to impart high quality education and to carry out leading-edge research in the domain. The department consists of splendid computer labs with large number of systems supporting computer graphics lab, operating systems lab - supporting windows, UNIX, Linux, software labs supporting C, C++, Java, Oracle, etc. B.Tech. CSE introduces three specialization programs in AI&ML, Data Science and Cloud computing. These 4-years full-time programs present exposure to hands-on technologies to create applications and solutions for the world that we live in. The program curriculum has been designed with a proper blend of theory and practical and keeping in view the future industry demand in the field of AI and Machine Learning, Data Science and Cloud computing.

Programme Eligibility

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. with 45% marks
OR
Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.
