Date : 10th April 2026
Venue of the Event : C-Block Auditorium, Sitapura Campus, Jagannath University, Jaipur

The fifth day of the National Physiotherapy Workshop “Continuum 2.0 – 2026” at Jagannath University was conducted with great enthusiasm and active participation from delegates. The day focused on advanced therapeutic techniques, with a special emphasis on Trigger Point Dry Needling, a highly effective intervention in modern physiotherapy practice.

The session was led by Dr. Rajesh Pal (PT), who delivered an insightful and practical workshop on trigger point dry needling. He explained the scientific basis, clinical indications, contraindications, and safety protocols associated with the technique. Participants gained hands-on experience in identifying myofascial trigger points and applying dry needling with precision under expert guidance.

The workshop was graced by esteemed guests including Dr. Sunita Sharma (JHCOP), Dr. Sanjay Kumawat, Dr. Gaurav Agrawal, Dr. Keshav, and Dr. Samiksha Gupta, whose presence added great value and encouragement to the event. They appreciated the initiative taken by the organizing team in bringing such advanced and skill-oriented learning opportunities for budding physiotherapists.

The interactive nature of the session allowed participants to clarify their doubts, enhance their clinical reasoning, and build confidence in using dry needling techniques effectively in practice. The session proved to be highly beneficial, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.

Overall, Day 5 was a successful blend of knowledge, skill development, and professional interaction, continuing the spirit of excellence that defines Continuum 2.0 – 2026.
