Xpression 2025: National Level Paper Presentation Event

Xpression 2025 was a national-level paper presentation event held on 5th–6th December 2025 in hybrid mode for UG, PG, and Ph.D. scholars, organized by the Faculty of Management Studies, Jagannath University, in collaboration with IQAC. The event focused on “The Indian Knowledge System: Rediscovering Ancient Wisdom for Contemporary Management”, exploring insights from classical texts like the Vedas, Arthashastra, and Bhagavad Gita to guide ethical, value-based, and sustainable management practices.

The two-day event featured an inspiring inaugural session with dignitaries including Shri Pankaj Kumar Ojha and Dr. Jyotsana Bhardwaj, followed by technical sessions where students presented research on leadership, governance, ethics, innovation, HR, and marketing. Expert feedback from session chairs and panel discussions with academic leaders enriched participants’ learning and fostered scholarly dialogue.

Xpression 2025 celebrated academic excellence, recognized outstanding papers, and promoted research orientation, critical thinking, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Winners included Ms. Yamini Sharma (UG Category) and Ms. Yajnika Sharma (PG/Ph.D. Category), who were awarded certificates, mementos, and cash prizes. The event successfully highlighted the integration of traditional Indian wisdom with modern management, inspiring students to become ethical, innovative, and globally responsible leaders.
