Report on the Successful Conclusion of BIZ-MAGE 2026: National Seminar cum Workshop

The Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) and the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Jagannath University, Jaipur successfully concluded the two-day National Seminar cum Workshop titled BIZ-MAGE 2026 on 24 April 2026. The event was held at the Sitapura Campus of the university and received an overwhelming response from students, research scholars, academicians, and faculty members. More than 150 participants attended the program with great enthusiasm and active involvement. The seminar focused on innovation, digital transformation, and the growing impact of Artificial Intelligence in the modern business environment.

The workshop was organized under the Memorandum of Understanding signed between Jagannath University and Rajasthan Centre of Advanced Technology (R-CAT). This collaboration reflected the university’s progressive vision of building strategic partnerships with reputed organizations and technology institutions.

The second day of the seminar continued with equally impactful sessions focused on employability and digital entrepreneurship. A practical workshop on “Freelancing & Earning Online with Digital Skills” was conducted by Shri. Omsharan Kumawat, UI/UX Designer, Adobe. He guided students on how to create career opportunities through freelancing platforms, personal branding, UI/UX skills, and digital marketing strategies. The session was especially beneficial for students interested in independent careers and remote work opportunities.

This was followed by a special session on “Future Skills & Career Opportunities in AI-Enabled Businesses” delivered by Shri. Rajat Burman, Primus Partners. He discussed the skills that employers will demand in coming years, including data literacy, AI awareness, communication skills, adaptability, and digital problem-solving. He also informed students about emerging job roles in AI-driven industries and modern corporate environments.

The two-day seminar concluded with a grand valedictory ceremony in which certificates were distributed to all participants. The valedictory report was presented by Prof. Dr. Jyotsna Khandelwal, who summarized the success of the event and appreciated the contribution of organizers, speakers, faculty members, and students.

The vote of thanks was delivered by Ms. Abhilasha Singh, Associate Professor, who expressed gratitude to all dignitaries, guests, industry experts, participants, and members of the organizing committee for making the event successful.

BIZ-MAGE 2026 proved to be an enriching, inspiring, and future-oriented initiative. It successfully empowered students with knowledge, motivation, confidence, and industry-relevant skills required in the digital age. The workshop reaffirmed Jagannath University’s commitment to academic excellence, experiential learning, and industry collaboration. It also demonstrated that future-ready education must combine classroom learning with practical exposure to emerging technologies and changing business realities.
