Knowledge Series Session on “Banking Frauds and Cyber Security”

The Faculty of Management Studies, Jagannath University, Jaipur successfully organized a Knowledge Series Session on “Banking Frauds and Cyber Security” on 29 January 2026. The session was designed to sensitize students to the growing challenges of banking frauds and cyber security in the digital era.

The expert lecture was delivered by Mr. Vinod Kumar Mishra, CTO & CISO, who discussed various forms of banking frauds such as phishing, online transaction frauds, identity theft, and social engineering, along with practical preventive measures and cyber hygiene practices. Through real-life examples and interactive discussions, the session enhanced students’ awareness, analytical thinking, and understanding of safe digital banking, making it a highly informative and impactful learning experience.
