The session was delivered by Mr. Mukesh Nayak, Senior Career Counsellor & Mentor Expert, NIIT Limited, who shared valuable insights on how students can prepare themselves for a successful transition from academic life to professional careers. He emphasized that apart from academic knowledge, students must develop a balanced combination of technical expertise, communication abilities, and professional behavior.

During the session, Mr. Nayak highlighted several important aspects required for corporate success. He stressed the importance of communication skills, explaining that effective verbal and non-verbal communication plays a crucial role in workplace interactions and professional growth. He also guided students on creating a strong and well-structured resume that effectively showcases their skills, achievements, and internship experiences to enhance job prospects.

Students were encouraged to connect with mentors, industry professionals, and peers to explore learning opportunities and career growth. Mr. Nayak also emphasized the importance of continuous learning and upskilling, as industries are rapidly evolving and professionals must constantly upgrade their knowledge and skills.
