Established in 2008 by Rajasthan State Legislature Act and approved by UGC under section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956,Jagan Nath University (JNU) is the dream endeavour ofJagan Nath Gupta Memorial Education Society running educational institutions in Delhi, UP, Haryana and Rajasthan. The University offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the field of agriculture, management, engineering, architecture, law, IT and commerce through innovatively designed curricula. Our proven teaching methods and strong research orientation has ensured high levels of academic achievements. We are constantly striving for excellence by promoting free thinking and going beyond conventional methods of teaching. Our aim is to produce human resources with a sense of confidence, commitment and conviction. We tap the young talent and cast them in an appropriate mould through intensive learning programmes. While interacting with the young mind, we lay emphasis on the rigorous education, training and skill development in an inter-disciplinary context.
We have well-qualified, experienced and motivated faculty to act as mentors to our students. Research is an integral and very significant part of the University and our faculty members are involved in it with full dedication.

To achieve efficiency, sufficiency and equity in the university, we are committed to adopt SMART model (Simple, Moral, Action-oriented, Responsive and Transparent) with essentials of SIMPLE model of human resource development (HRD) consisting of six human development activities including Spiritual Quotient (SQ) development, Intuition development, Mental level development, Love oneself attitude development and Emotional quotient (EQ) development. The synergy of these six aspects of HRD in the word ‘SIMPLE’ is essential requirement for youth to emerge and realize the potential in the holistic sense.
