The Faculty of Management aims at nurturing prospective business icons and entrepreneurs to meet the growing socio-economic needs of society. It aims at developing personnel to lead and operate industries in the global scenario. The programme inculcates the skills, knowledge and strategic perspectives essential in the globalised business environment. The aim is to facilitate and enhance professional attitude and cultivating ethics of corporate world.
In the highly competitive corporate environment, for achieving a leadership position in an Organization the young managers need to develop a strong career vision, apart from having an unwavering sense of commitment, professional expertise, determination, and leadership qualities. Keeping in mind the projections of the growth rate of India in terms of purchasing power parity, we can safely assume that India can become an economic superpower in the coming two decades. For turning this assumption into reality, the educational and training set up and institutions will have to help Indian organizations in becoming stronger to compete in the world market successfully. The University strives for these commitments and continuously endeavors to educate its students and associates on such issues with the belief that sooner or later, structured economic independence can be achieved through a combined effort.
