M. Tech. - Computer Science and Engineering (CSE)
Introduction
The goal of post graduate programs is to develop professionals of high quality to cater to the needs of industry and academia. Such education will be based on a broad grasp of the fundamental principles of the sciences and scientific methods, a deep understanding of specific area of specialization, an ability to solve new problems, and a capacity to learn continually and interact with multidisciplinary groups.
The Department of Engineering & Technology started M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering in year 2010. M. Tech in Computer Science and Engineering is a two year (4 semesters) program catering to the above mentioned objectives.
Programme Duration
The M. Tech programme will be of minimum 2 Years duration (4 Semester).
Programme Eligibility
B.Tech/B.E./MCA/ M.Sc. (Physics/ Math)/ M.Sc. (Electronics) M.Sc. (CS/IT) with min. 50% marks
OR
The candidate must have passed B.E. /B. Tech or equivalent degree or a Masters degree in respective or allied discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate (all semesters/years) marks or CGPA of 5.5 in 10 points scale and possess a valid GATE score or qualified through Admission Test prescribed by the Jagan Nath University.
