• Candidate can also Apply Online through website (www.jagannathuniversity.org). Forms can also be Downloaded and filled application form can be sent with demand draft of Rs.600/- (For all programs except Ph.D.), For Ph.D. Rs. 1000/- drawn in favour of "Jagannath university" payble at jaipur.
• The form should reach the campuses before the last date of submission of Application form.
