Jagan Nath University is established in the year 2008 by an Act of Govt. of Rajasthan under Section 2(f) of UGC Act 1956, to cater to the governing needs of higher education in the state of Rajasthan. One of the primary objectives of the university is to produce trained manpower, to accelerate sustained economic growth by harnessing the school of management, school of science and Technology, school of Mass Communication & Media and many more.
To face the challenges of the globalization and liberalization in the field of higher education, the university will name to endow its faculties and students with modern technologies, skills and make them competent enough to face challenges and enhance the quality of teaching & research.
